I FINALLY GOT MY FIRST PAIR OF LOUBOUTINS! Yes, I'm excited! Can't you tell by the capslock? I've been waiting to purchase a pair of Christian Louboutins but I never had the courage to actually do it until recently. I decided to go with a classic look and ordered the Cliche 100 in black patent leather. I ordered them online off of Luisa Via Roma. I got them shipped in within 4 business days from Italy which is amazingly fast, the only crappy part was the amount of extra money I had to pay.

First, I was charged around $30 by paypal to convert CAD to EURO (the exchange rate was 1.38). Then customs decided to charge me over $79 in import duties. Then they added the import duties to the price of the shoe (which makes no sense to me so I will be contacting CBSA to clarify it) and then taxed me on that total price which was an additional $67. On top of that, FEDEX charged me a $10 road fee? What the hell is that? I know shipping is free but then why am I paying a road fee? That …

Now I know its boiling hot here in Toronto but since Fall collections are already beginning to pop up in stores I thought why not dedicate a blog post to some amazing jackets. I love each and every single photo below. I can't wait to purchase some new jackets this fall!

I know the past month or so I've been neglecting my blog. That's due to many reasons. I've been going through a tough time emotionally, my physical health hasn't been up to par, and I've just wanted to be out and enjoy my summer. I wanted to get myself back on track and be who I use to be but, with a better insight on the world and less naivety. In order to do that I needed some time to myself and to be honest with you, I'm still going through that process. None the less, I realized that this blog is a part of who I am. It contains tidbits about my life, helps me to dive deeper into my love of fashion, and provides a portal for me to express myself. It keeps me connected and plugged into the world of fashion in a way that I don't get to share with many people I know.
